Could not place the order online for the life of me and hand over my cash. Get to payment screen and an error keeps appearing. Called through to Amy who was very rude. I had a reference number for my online order which apparently is completely irrelevant. Started the order from scratch over the phone with Amy and told her my details, exact tyre size and she said that she couldn’t progress until I found the speed rating? She started raising her voice and was adamant that if I didn’t check the speed rating on my existing tyre I would be charged £40 for a call out if incorrect. Surely the speed rating will align with the correct tyre when you enter your registration and select the correct tyre size? (245/35/19) If after the registration and tyre size have been entered and the website is allowing customers to purchase incorrect tyres, surely that is the company’s fault? I’ve used this company before and never had any issues, in fact I have recommended people but I will be going elsewhere out of principle from now on.
