OK. Had a human error issue where tyres were missed on loading the truck. Was initially given a BS%* story but it was quickly cleared up by the lady on telephone support. She then spent locating my tyres in the warehouse, dealing with the manager and organising the fitting later that day. The lads who arrived at 7:40pm had been on shift since 7:30am and were tired but very pleasant. Job was done well and exactly as I would have expected. Kudos for turning this around following the initial blunder. Remember everyone is human and the guys you deal with either on the phone or in person are almost always not the cause of the problem!
