I booked some new tyres for my daughters car to take the stress away from her because she has cancer and having intense chemo so was feeling really unwell and who turns up an obnoxious fitter with a bad attitude and says he needs the locking nut which she couldn't find and wasn't given time to find he said he was going and she would have to rebook with no mention of a £40 fee upon them putting the money back in my account it was £40 short upon phoning customer service I just got a stroopy cow who didn't give a dam just said no way would they reverse the £40 fee so I would avoid this company like the plague customer service is nil absolutely useless
