Supposed to have AGM battery fitted to my car at 8am 9/08/20 Turned up on time but was unable to fit due to not having the code reader. New appointment made for 10-12 slot on 10/08/2020 notes made on the system to bring the battery saver and the coding equipment.. . nobody turned up at the alloted time. Waited 15 minutes and called on hold for 20 minutes time now 12.35 . Was told fitter had just had accident in the last 10 minutes and was at hospital
Despite the slot been 10 till 12 I accepted their apology and
Took the 20£ compensation for my waiting. The new guy would be there before 1.30 guess what he wasn't. Called again to be told he would call me when he was on his way. He called at 2.15 to say he had one more job to do then he would be with me. I asked if he had the equipment yo code the battery to which he said NO. I then contacted the office again and told them to cancel the order and refund me my money. If I'd made an error they would have charged me £40 they owe me £40 for the 4.5 hrs wasted. Bet I never see it. Looking st other comments on this website looks like I've had a lucky escape
