My food never arrived, I contacted the driver as he said he couldn’t find us and I messaged him as well, I could see on the tracker he just sat in his car & didn’t even try to look for us. Uber eats however still marked our order as successfully delivered which was not the case. I reported this right away to Uber eats who got back to me within an hour of my complaint and said they couldn’t refund me because it had been longer than 48 hours! Well that can’t be the case because I’d order within 2 hours of their response to me. Absolutely furious that they’ve robbed us of our money & I will be making sure to take legal action if they do not refund us. What a joke of a so called “company”.
