I found a hair in my sushi dinner that I had ordered. Immediately took pictures and sent the complaint when it allowed me to. They only asked which item the hair touched and then no further action occurred even after I replied and was specific on what I received. I have since deleted my account with them and am now only using DoorDash. Very poor customer service.
