This experience was so bad I will NEVER use Uber Eats again. The driver gave us an order for an entirely different person. That person would not have been happy, either, though, because the food was stone cold. The receipt says 12:22 p.m. The order got here at around 5:00 p.m. I was refunded the cost of my order, but apparently not the delivery fee or tip. And can't find any way to rate the driver, Frank, who should get 0 stars. We can rate the restaurant, which was blameless in this train wreck, but Uber Eats still makes their money, and the driver still gets his tip,, even though they didn't do what they were supposed to do. With no way to address it with Uber Eats beyond refunding your order. Great business concept if you don't care about repeat business.
