This is mainly my suggestions for ubereats, although I will be writing a review as well.
I have noticed maybe 50% of my orders are mostly wrong items (10% someone else's order) or missing items. I would think by now ubereats should have a way to counter this for example- just re-check to see if you have all of the order correct. You can do this before you give the divers the food. The same way an in-person customer double-checks before leaving the establishment, this way you will cut-down on having to refund the customer.
All in all my review is 3 stars because I get a lot of wrong deliveries and or missing items.
