Daughter has Chickenpox, as a treat because she's feeling so miserable, I ordered her a kids meal from a well known 'restaurant' which is literally 2 roads away from us. Predicted 20 minute delivery turned into an hour, and then 90 minutes! Driver dumped our now cold food outside the front door in the rain and walked off without even ringing the bell. Its only thanks to video doorbell that we realised. Burgers were thrown together in a mess of mayo and cheese all over the place and everything was cold and wet. I contacted ubereats to report cold and damaged food. They replied with "thanks for letting us know". I challenged this and they copied and pasted the same response. No refund, no help, shoddy service...food in the bin. Honestly please don't bother. They have no respect for your money or custom and treat their customers like trash. I'm having now to claim a refund via my payment mechanism...and ubereats will then block my account 😡
