Never arrived, after 3 hours they just took the money from card, phone support was not helpful, they tried to convince me the card was charged temporarily which was not the case. It's almost two weeks and no money back. It should be fast and automatic process. I will never use this company again. Chasing £16 is humiliating and ridiculuous.
