Customer service is horrible. Found a clear piece of plastic in my smoothie, sent a photo, and I got back "photo does not meet requirements". This is a food safety issue with the restaurant and Uber is not doing anything to fix the issue and follow up with the restaurant. Do not recommend, if you end up having an issue with your order you're on your own as a customer.
