My UberEATS driver tried to muscle me into tipping on the app. He was refusing to deliver my order, unless I tipped in the app. I explained to him that when I do that, it messes with my bank account and won't post right away, so I always tip cash in person. The driver continued to argue with me, so I contact Uber Support and they were less than helpful. Uber Support suggested I keep the order and wait for another driver. At this point, I've already hit my limit of patience and expressed that I wanted to cancel my order. Support told me that I would be charged regardless. It took me five more times of telling Support to "cancel my order", before they finally did. I do not appreciate being muscled into tipping and, on top of that, Uber Support basically telling me there's nothing I can do about it. Bet. I'm done ordering from Uber. Ever.
