I would have given 0 star if there’s any option… My order number is #CA027 and the driver is Abdulhakim. On the App it said the driver has delivered my order but in fact it was never arrived. I called to the restaurant and they informed me that the driver picked up the food and left already. I tried to call the driver twice and he never picked up the call. I also tried the ‘get help’ option on the app and no one response from the Uber eats team. Very poor customer service. I’ve done everything I can already and I was charged for this order £40.68 and got nothing. I am just a student and this amount of money is a lot for me. This order is a special treat after my hard work for final submission. I’m very disappointed.
