Disgusting service. My first grocery order with them was for milk, sugar and 12 pack of toilet roll. The toilet roll got subbed for a 4 pack. When delivery arrived there was no toilet roll at all.
I phoned the shop who hung up on me. I left a ticket with support telling them I am disabled and housebound, hour later left another message. 2 days later I have run out of toilet roll, so I went to the ticket to find out if the eventually responded, yes, 3 hours 20 minutes after the ticket was opened. Not a word about the missing toilet roll, just about the subbing of items. So I messaged again and they have just messaged telling me they have refunded the toilet roll, when what I "need", is for the shop to deliver what I paid for. I'm screwed now.
