Enables scammers and ensures they walk free!
Someone was using my card unauthorised to order hundreds of pounds worth of food and they allegedly found a link between my account and the person that has been ordering - I have never come across that name in my life, how do they have access to my card and are linked to me is beyond me. They are now refusing to discuss the issue further and are REFUSING to refund me 538 pounds. Unbelievable.
