Their Asian customer service read from a script and do not help you when your food has "been received" but no one showed up or called. It's disgusting that you can be calm on the phone to get the issue resolved with either a refund or a re-delivery, and they cannot give you a call reference, an email address, they tell you to stop being difficult and hang up on you.
Going to do my body a favour and consider Uber Eats a dead/permanently closed Scunthorpe of a business.
