Terrible delivery driver experience and terrible customer service! Avoid
I placed an order, got a phone call from the delivery driver 30 mins later, shouting at me on the phone because I’ve sent him to a restaurant that has closed down, he continued to tell me to f##k off and hung up. I have tried to contact Uber by phone, keeps getting cut off because I don’t have a live order, and every message I send through the help section I just get generic reply’s and the case gets closed,
Will be closing my account down and refusing to use their service again!
