Horrendous service. Ordered McDonald's for my 4 children for them to message me saying 'enjoy your food'... no food had been delivered or even attempted and they refused to offer a refund or redelivery saying there driver followed protocol! Absolutely absurd and now I have 4 upset children, a wasted £25 and no food.
They are disgusting and I would never use again! I am still in shock how they advised 'there's nothing they can do'
