I'M DONE WITH UBER EATS FOR GOOD THIS TIME!
I am a LOYAL uber eats customer (actually WAS after this)
I have had trouble with them a lot this week but gave another chance. Today was the last straw.
I ordered from co-op through card. My phone glitched which is out of my control so while waiting for my order I never heard anyone know on the door or ring the bell. but when my phone was finally back on I got the message my order was cancelled and the money will not be refunded.
I have to suffer and be robbed by uber eats because your delivery person is INCOMPETENT??? My phone rebooted on it's own so I have to be ROBBED AND PUNISHED for these things??? AFTER ALL THE YEARS OF LOYALTY TO UBER EATS...Just one mishap out of my control and I'M TREATED LIKE THIS.
Wow..Other members of my family say that Deliveroo is not perfect but so much less stress than uber eats and ACTUALLY wonder why I still use uber eats.
IT'S ABOUT TIME I DELETE UBER EATS APP AND GO TO A LESS STRESSFUL COMPETITOR THAT APPRECIATES THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
