I was charged for an order that never arrived. After contacting them, they refunded my order but NOT THE TIP. I was charged a tip and never received my order. I contacted them AGAIN and was told someone would get back to me... it's been days. So NO MORE. I deleted the app and they will lose hundreds of dollars a week from me alone.
