I just paid £30 for a years Uber eats One. How
I’m regretting it now. They are useless. I had an issue with an order and talking to their representative left me feeling like I was talking to a robot. I asked them twice to refund me for a late order where the restaurant didn’t pick up the phone. Totally unacceptable that it took a 25 minutes interaction for them simply to acknowledge and call the restaurant before cancelling the order. I won’t use them again. I’ll just write off the £30! You have been warned.
