Warning, don't bother! How Uber can be associated with the worst delivery service is concerning! Ordered food for our whole team. Selected the $2.99 option for faster delivery just to receive in a reasonable time frame. Received confirmation and an expected delivery time of 2:35pm with the absolute latest time of 3:05. By 2:50pm I messaged the driver just to confirm he was actually the one that was going to be picking up the order. He confirmed and I thanked him. By 3:45 I see that the driver was changed and the time pushed yet again. I messaged the "help desk" that stated our driver was picking up order. At that point we sent an employee to the store to pick up order. The store confirmed they did not have our order at all. They went though all their orders for the last few hours and showed our employee the screen. I again reached out to the "help desk" who tried to say our order was being picked up again before we finally just requested a refund. They claimed they have yet to charge our card even though shows us it was indeed charged and the refund seems to be less than we were charged. Huge waste of time and the worst delivery service experience we have ever had.
