UberEats STEALS your money!! AVOID using their services AT ALL COST!! Like many other negative reviews below. I have had almost the same identical horrible support for legitimate complaints from countless missing items, orders that never arrive and even food safety issues like MOLDY FOOD!! All of which were refused refunds lately with a phony apology "I understand this is not the outcome you hoped for but you are not eligible for a refund at this time"!?
I have spent THOUSANDS over the years, ordering once... sometimes twice a day and report a small handful of issues in comparison to the volume I order and spend on a daily/ weekly basis. I often end up letting things slide because I know how painful it is to get any kind of real support or help from them. I understand there are customers who have abused their system and do things like "tip bait" or falsely report missing items but this solution of limiting users to 1-2 complaints a month is ridiculous when you're someone who orders 1-2 times a day some weeks. Those of us that are loyal customers ordering regularly, are the ones paying the biggest price and now throwing money away... or should I say having our money POCKETED by UberEats... even when we are completely missing items or entire orders. Even with photo proof and evidence they still REFUSE to refund anything lately. Completely crooked way to run a business and I hope Karma comes around and they start feeling the ripple effect of all their unhappy customers switching over to their competition.
