the drivers never read delivery instructions. food arrives cold regularly as drivers are clueless. uber eats customer service is horrible and their answer is always sorry we can’t do anything. that is if you are able to even figure out how to contact them and then if you do waiting for someone to even contact you back. is the worst customer service. i always look for what delivery service is offered and avoid anything where uber eats is the only delivery option.
