Most disgusting company I've ever had to deal with.
I am part of Uber one, on two occasions now you've credited my account due to mistakes made by yourself (as your promise to your Uber one customers). The first £5 was credited because items were out of stock and my order was cancelled and the second time was due to the order taking too long so I had £10 in my Uber cash pot. I placed an order and used £5 of this cash towards the order but upon looking at the invoice the £5 wasn't actually credited to the order it was just stolen from my cash pot. I messaged you about it and you relied you have 'decided not to give me the £5 anymore'!!!!!! I've then been to check my account today and it appears the other £5 has now been taken as well. You make promises to your customers when part or Uber one but then decide afterwards you don't want to give them the credit promised? If you didn't want to give it dont make the promise and don't give it. But the fact you've put it into my account and then stolen it back is absolutely disgusting. This will be going to consumer rights and I'll be contacting citizens advice of where I stand with this as in my eyes it's theft of my money you had already given me then decided to take back for no apparent reason or explanation from yourselves. I will be boycotting everything to do with Uber and will not stop until resolved.
I've emailed them directly and as you can see from pictures they just ask me the same question on repeat, almost like tbere laughing at me!!!!
