Today 12/26/2023, my kiddos and I ordered food through the app. My daughter in law used her account to order and my card. The time was set and the food never came. We checked the app and four more drivers were sent to pick up our food. My daughter and I went to McDonalds to see what was going on and they told us we had to call Uber Eats. We called three times and did a chat in the app. We explained to each person what happened. After explaining what happened and the multiple drivers, the person my daughter talked to cancelled the order and said we can’t have a refund. I called and one person accidentally hung up on me while I was on hold, and called back and left a voicemail while I was on the phone talking to another rep. I was on the phone with her for awhile and she also talked to my daughter as well. After my daughter talked to her and explained what happened, the rep hung up on my daughter. So the customer service sucks. The drivers that work for the company suck. They steal food and people don’t get their money back because of the incompetent drivers. That is not fair to the people that spend their hard earned money to feed their families. Thanks to Uber eats and the incompetent customer service, I am out $$ and a very ticked off mom
