Food arrived cold, phoned to complain, first person I spoke to refused to acknowledge my complaint that the food was cold and covered in coke and that the bag was leaking coke all over my floor.
Asked to speak to the manager, was just as unhelpful and he felt the need to advise me to order (and pay) for more food to replace the food that had been delivered cold and soggy. Couldn't believe it.
