I am a merchant that uses Uber eats. Absolutely horrible customer service and take forever to resolve an issue. Still owe us 1400$ from Christmas season because they couldn’t understand me and suspended payments to our account.
And in summer for 2 months sent our money to the wrong merchant and trying everything not to pay us that money.
If everyone just stopped using them we could throw their tablet out the window.
