Not the first time I have missing items in my order. Also, not the first time I don’t receive a refund for something they didn’t deliver. If Uber eats doesn’t want to give a refund on something I clearly didn’t receive they should be hiring and training drivers who at least read what’s on the orders and care about doing a good service. This isn’t professional at all and then they get mad people don’t want to give tips for a miserable delivery service.
