We ordered and paid for food from a restaurant through Uber eats and some of the items that we had paid for were not put into the bag by the restaurant and when we contacted Uber eats about it, they said our account was in eligible for a refund and that they would not refund those Items and then they close the chart and when we called them, they didn’t give us any more information. They just said we couldn’t get a refund. Worst Customer Service ever and what was achieved here?. They just lost a customer that orders from them all the time over $3.87.
