The Customer service system they have is horrible. You don't have a phone number to talk with a real agent.
Be aware of the returns... they have a policy that if you pass the 48 hours of the time you bought your item they don't refund you Anything. And it is no 2 days after... It is 48 HOURS!!!
I returned to the store the item and I didn't know about that policy...
and because I am a Loyal and valued client they screw me...
They got my money and I got no money refunded and no item.
A real steal!!!
