Uber Eats doesn't refund any expired product delivered to their clients. I received an expired basket of strawberries from Super C delivered by Uber Eats. I called their customer service about this expired product and they told me to check with Super C and they will not do any refund. Responsibility goes to the delivery person who chose the product on the shelf.
How easy was it to get a refund? Never got it.
