Was charged after a cancellation leas than a minute later and on same day. Rep told me because I didn’t call customer service they could help me. What? Why have a cancel option on your site. If you won’t honor it. TRASH!
I now have a second purchase that I DID NOT ORDER on my bank account from that company for a 15 dollars and some change. Uber once was a great company now it’s completely unreliable. What am I being billed for air??
