I placed an order through Uber eats over a year ago. Their delivery time was 2 hours the restaurant literally 15 away. I canceled the order through the app and drove myself to pick up my food. Uber put a hold on my account because my bank disputed the charge…. After several chat conversations Uber is not willing to release the hold on my account….they are super expensive and their customer service is non existent….. never again will I order through their app. The charge on my account is even preventing me from using their ride service… truly disgusting
