Took payment, did not deliver anything, not "eligible" to get my hard earned money back. Don't ever trust them.
Charged $35 for an order that was never delivered. I had proof it was never delivered. Over 3 days I continuously asked for an escalation or supervisor or explanation and the only response I got was "this order is not eligible for a refund". Taking payment for something, not providing what was paid for and refusing to do so and then saying too bad it's not "eligible" by our arbitrary magical eligibility rules is absolutely illegal.
