This is my first time using this app. Order was placed and paid for early afternoon, delivery scheduled for 17.15, it's now 18.46 and food still has not arrived. Upon attempting to cancel the order, the app tellse that cancelation will incur a 500 cancelation fee. Impossible to place a complaint about this or to speak to anybody in person
Biggest waste of my time and money. Would advise anyone against using this.
