I will not be doing business with Uber Eats again. I reported a restaurant I ordered doughnuts from. My dozen was squashed and was not sealed. This is a food safety issue. I believe my order was tampered with. This company allows careless delivery drivers to work for them. The driver even admitted to spilling my coffee. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and the last resort. I reported all this to Uber Eats however they are careless and won’t refund for the order. They even put a restriction on my account for repeatedly contacting them. I’m not letting this go Uber Eats this is ridiculous and I will make sure everyone knows about this experience, because I don’t want anyone to ever go through this. I even canceled my Uber One Eats Membership today.
