They tried to deliver to the wrong address even though they had my correct address. I called them make within one minute after their missed call however they would not pick up.
I recieved an email from them promising me a full refund however this never happened so I emailed customer service who said I should have requested a refund within 48 hours so will not be receiving a refund. No refund recieved.
Very unhelpful, will not be using them again
