I'm extremely annoyed with uber.. over the last 4-5 years I have NEVER NOT been eligible for a refund if im missing an item. I have probably spent thousands of dollars with rides and for food with them. I don't drive I'm epileptic. And sometimes ordering food is just more realistic with my life and with kids. Tonight my son didn't have his burger in his kids meal . I split mine with him to keep him content. And I forwarded the info to uber . I was civil about it but was told it was not eligible for a refund on his burger. Like wtf? I told the people I had gotten all the other food but why does this happen ? I'll be canceling my uber eats .
