First of all I'm disabled, I call for food delivery about once every to weeks. My information specifically says knock on the front door so I can get the order without requiring any additional physical exertion. Today my order from Lanna Thai was for over 150$. I got a call from someone who didn't answer the phone. Thankfully my caregiver was here and saw that someone was here and went to the street to pick up the order. The last time the delivery driver dropped off my order on the front porch without letting me know it was delivered. I would at the minimum like my tips refunded.
