My order never arrived and I couldn’t reach anyone to complain
Once i contacted customer service Neha she told that it is too late because my order passed 48 hours i have even told her that i have a flight to catch taking 14 hrs to reach home .
The only thing that she did is closing the chat without helping or getting my refund back.
This is unprofessional and very rude from her part and the company policy as well.
I have deleted the app and never ever using it again.
The worst experience ever.
