My order from Jack-in-the-box on 281 was not filled. I asked Kenneth the Delivery Driver to please get my 2 shakes, and I'd add a better tip. He said he would but never did. I asked Uber Eats for a refund of $16.28, and they responded with a half credit on Uber cash. I firmly stated I want myoney back. They refused: "Hi, We understand that you are expecting a refund, however, won’t be able to provide you with a price adjustment on this order". My order before this in January was never delivered. I watched him pass me by in a red truck, even with my waving, head to his home 4 minutes away, he stopped for 5 minutes, so I'm thinking he dropped off my order at his residence, came back down the road towards me, passed me by again, and kept on going. I called Uber eats, and she acted like I lied about him, said she'd call me, never did, but at least I received my $50 back. I guess he fed his family my food??? STAY AWAY FROM UBER EATS they're a rip-off!!!
