UberEats thinks a bike rider can deliver a catering order. I placed an order for food for 50 people 4 days prior to delivery. UberEats sent a bike rider with a basket to retrieve the order. This was ridiculous. Then, UberEats bike guys cancelled my order. They decided 6 minutes prior to delivery to cancel my order. After contacting customer service they said— sorry. they are the worst. Can not be trusted if using for business catering. Unbelievable to me how poor their service is. A single dinner, ok—— a Catering order- NO. They should take “catering” off the menu as bikes can not deliver and they refused to send a car. Also, the order is on my credit card and they have not cancelled it from AMEX. What is up with this dirt bag organization???? So many other Good Restaurants actually deliver and have service. UberEats is complete GARBAGE
