Worst delivery service I have ever experienced in my life. They took an hour to deliver my food, in the pouring rain, on a BIKE and my food was damaged. The horrible customer service agent who was basically a robot would not issue me a refund since the order "was in process". I really don't care if it's in process the food was damaged and took over an hour to be delivered. I had to fight tooth and nail for a refund and he made me send a picture of the damaged order because he didn't trust me. I asked him if I needed a DNA sample too because that was just ridiculous. They better start changing their horrific policies or people are going to start leaving and going to DoorDash like I did. This customer service agent should be unemployed for how rude and unwilling he was to help me. WORST experience of my life with customer service. Do not use this app unless you don't mind waiting over an hour for soaking wet food and dealing with strict policies for refunds. They do not care about the customer.
