I used this every couple weeks when I have a few extra dollars. I'm disabled and on a fixed income so I can't charge things often. I realized I wouldn't have anybody here to help me answer the door in time, so I canceled that order. It was literally the second the order confirmed, I clicked cancel and it canceled. But the charge never reversed on my accout. So I gave it a couple days to reverse but they said since I didn't contact them within 48 hrs, I'm out of luck.
