the ubereats driver brought a doordash order instead. so completely the wrong order delievered and ubereats does not want to issue me a refund for something i did not receive, which is unacceptable and immoral, to say the least.
why would i be held responsible for something i did not receieve. ubereats can careless about their customers.
They told me my order was ineligible for a refund but can't tell me why and keep sending me scripted answers. smh
