The delivery times are SO long and Always Drivers have delivery stops along the way which just results in needing to order 90 min to 2 hours ahead and COLD food or drinks that are melted
Usually regret my order and Customer Service is lacking for example offered a $4 Credit rather than refund on an $18 order for 3 of my 4 items delivered 90 min after order cold and ice in milk teas completely melted
