Ordered groceries (only 3 items) which included 1 banana. When delivered there were 7 bananas, and I was charged for the extras. Despite it being against the law to charge a consumer for products they didn’t order, 2 separate “help” agents told me that they were sorry I was disappointed but they would not refund the adjusted up charge despite it not being my mistake.
They recommended I review the picker/delivery person as the way to deal with the mistake.
Their behavior is literally break the law.
