I had two orders that I never received that I was charged for. First was a large order for my staff at work. The place I ordered from pushed the window of delivery back 3 hours so I cancelled the order. I was then told the food was already made and charged me. When I tried to get this resolved they told me since the food was made I would be billed anyway despite the 3 hour delay and common sense would tell you that the food wasn’t prepared if the time was pushed.
A month later my food just never showed but was charged.
I had both charges refunded by my bank but UberEats now is asking for two payments to use them again. Total scam
