I ordered food from buzz and Ned's bbq .the ribs were completely undercooked with raw pink meat..I reached out to the health safety food concern team. The sent an email about a refund they never processed. I reached back out again because of this. Instead of taking action with the restaurant and resolving my issue they closed the chat on me..made me wait 5 hours for a response..lied about putting my issue under investigation and so much more.
